The free tools

The calculators run in your browser. What you type is not sent to us. Some tools remember your entries on your own device (browser local storage) so they are still there next time; clearing your browser data removes them. We use no advertising cookies and no tracking cookies. We count page visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and gives us only totals (for example, how many people opened each tool), never who you are.

Business email

We sometimes email limited companies and LLPs about services relevant to their business, using work contact details they publish (for example on their website or a public register). Each email says where we found the address.

• What we keep: the company name, the published work email address, where we found it, and our emails and any replies.
• Why: our legitimate interest in offering business services to businesses that may need them.
• Stopping it: reply "stop" to any email, or write to the address above. We then never email that address again and keep only what we need to make sure of that.
• How long: only as long as we may still be in touch; ask and we delete them sooner (keeping the address on our do-not-contact list).
• We don't sell or share contact details. Email is sent through Google Workspace.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to us using it, by emailing angus@nexwell.uk. If you're unhappy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.

Buying from us

Templates are sold through Gumroad and services through Fiverr. Those platforms handle payment and their own privacy policies apply to what you give them.
