MTD quarterly records: what your team gets back
You forward what the client sent (bank export, photos of receipts, a messy sheet). Within 3 working days you get quarterly totals in your bridging template's layout, plus the gaps to query. Your team reviews and submits.

Queries for your team (not decided by us)
- £420 transfer on 14 Aug marked "chair": capital item or repair? Needs your treatment.
- 3 receipts unreadable (photos attached, flagged in the sheet).
- Two £60 cash payments in with no description: client to confirm if business income.
Plus the chase email for next quarter, written for you to send from your own address, so we never contact your clients.
We prepare records; your practice decides treatment, reviews and submits. Work is done only for AML-supervised practices under a written agreement, with anonymised inputs where possible.
£250 for your first 10 clients, paid once you've checked the output. Want this done for one anonymised client first? Email angus@nexwell.uk.
